Ingredients
- 500 g Brinjal cut into pieces รขโฌโ
- 5 nrs Green Chillies slitted รขโฌโ
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Turemric Powder รโฌโ 1 Tsp turemric powder รข
- 2 tsp Garam Masala รข
- 10 gm Tamarind รข
- to To Ground ground
- 50 gm White Sesame Seeds รข
- 50 gm Ground Nuts dry รข
- 50 gm Cashewnuts รโฌโ 50Gms cashewnuts รข
- to Temper
- 100 ml Gingelly Oil รข
- 1 tsp Pepper Corns รข
- 1/2 tsp Fenu Greek รโฌโ รยฝ Tsp fenu greek รข
- a Curryleaf รโฌโ A Few curryleaf รข

Instructions
- 1. Heat gingelly oil in a kadai, pop up the ingredients given in the temper column. 2. Add the brinjal and greenchilli in it, fry it nicely.
- 3. Now add the ground paste into it. Stir well and cook it in slow flame till the raw flavour of the nuts goes off. 4. Add the turmeric powder, salt and garam masala. Stir the brinji masala continuously.
- 5. Add the tamarind extraction, mix it and cook it for next ten minutes. Make sure the oil should comes out of the brinji masala.
Recipe Notes
This dish gives good taste if it is cooked simmering fire.
