Ingredients
- 4 bread slice
- 2 big potatoes mashed
- 2 teaspoon olive oil to cook
- 2 teaspoon onion paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 4 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Butter to brush
- Salt
- Mix herbs
- Oregano and red chilli flakes
- Mozzarella cheese to cover

Instructions
- Take a pan heat add oil add onion paste ginger garlic paste and sauteed.
- Add mashed potato and mix well add salt herbs black pepper powder.
- Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. All slices should be brush with butter. Fill bread slice with cooked potato. Cover with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce.
- Bake for five minutes. Serve with Oregon and red chilli flakes.
