The day was drizzling my daughter said she would like to eat bread pakora. I thought all ingredients are there I must try.

Ingredients
- 6 slice bread
- 1 bowl boiled mashed potatoes
- 2 tsp onion paste
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- Oil for dip fry
- 1 cup bengal gram powder
- 1/2 cup rice powder
- 1/2 tsp aajwain

Instructions
- Cut bread diagonal shaped. Heat a frying pan add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, boiled mashed potatoes, green peas and stir until brown.
- Add black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste and garam masala. Stir till dry.
- Now make a batter with beans, rice flour, salt, aajwain and one tsp oil.
- Fill bread slice with cooked potato and dip in batter and dip fry.
- Serve with tomato sauce.

Bread pakoda was very tasty.
