About this Recipe

The day was drizzling my daughter said she would like to eat bread pakora. I thought all ingredients are there I must try.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 bowl boiled mashed potatoes
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Oil for dip fry
  • 1 cup bengal gram powder
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp aajwain

How to cook?
  1. Cut bread diagonal shaped. Heat a frying pan add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, boiled mashed potatoes, green peas and stir until brown.
  2. Add black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste and garam masala. Stir till dry.
  3. Now make a batter with beans, rice flour, salt, aajwain and one tsp oil.
  4. Fill bread slice with cooked potato and dip in batter and dip fry.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
Notes

Bread pakoda was very tasty.
