The day was drizzling my daughter said she would like to eat bread pakora. I thought all ingredients are there I must try.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slice bread
  • 1 bowl boiled mashed potatoes
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Oil for dip fry
  • 1 cup bengal gram powder
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp aajwain

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread diagonal shaped. Heat a frying pan add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, boiled mashed potatoes, green peas and stir until brown.
  • Add black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste and garam masala. Stir till dry.
  • Now make a batter with beans, rice flour, salt, aajwain and one tsp oil.
  • Fill bread slice with cooked potato and dip in batter and dip fry.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.

Notes

Bread pakoda was very tasty.
