Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp onion chopped
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tsp tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp carrot chopped
- 1 tbsp spring onion chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 cheese slice
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2-5 tsp tomato ketchup for serving

Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, simmer the flame and pour half of the egg mixture and spread it out.
- In a bowl crack open 2 eggs, add Salt, pepper and chopped veggies and mix well.
- Then layer the bread slices over the egg.
- Pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread and spread well.
- After 3-5 mins flip over and cook on other side too for 3-5 mins.
- Now layer the cheese over it and fold the bread over.
- Take out, cut into desired shapes and serve hot with ketchup or any Chutney of your choice.
