Bread Omelette

A delicious and quick recipe which can be served for breakfast or as a snack.

  • 2 sandwich bread slices
  • 2 egg
  • 2 teaspoon onion chopped
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 2 teaspoon tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp carrot chopped
  • 1 tbsp spring onion chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 cheese slice
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Ketchup for serving


  • Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, simmer the flame and pour half of the egg mixture and spread it out.
  • In a bowl crack open 2 eggs, add Salt, pepper and chopped veggies and mix well.
  • Then layer the bread slices over the egg.
  • Pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread and spread well.
  • After 3-5 mins flip over and cook on other side too for 3-5 mins.
  • Now layer the cheese over it and fold the bread over.
  • Take out, cut into desired shapes and serve hot with ketchup or any Chutney of your choice.
