  • soak yeast in warm milk . keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
  • in a bowl mix all ingredients mention in bread dough ingredients.
  • once yeast has been activated then mix it into bread dough ingredients.

  • now knead it for about 10 minutes then keep it in a dish to rise for about an hour.
  • making Pesto Paste:- In a grinder make a paste of garlic, basil leaves, green chillies. mix salt and olive oil in it. pesto paste is ready.
  • knead again the risen dough for 2 minutes. Roll it into a big chapati/circle shape of about 1/2 inch thickness. spread pesto paste.
  • Now fold it and cut from the middle lengthwise and stop before reaching the end. the two parts remained joined.

  • now fold one part over another.

  • at the end join the two corners with help of flour paste. For flour paste mix flour with water .

  • Bake it at 190 degree C for 35 minutes.
