Boondi raita is the most indian raita prepared with curd, boondi, salt, roasted cumin powder etc. Boondi are tiny fried gram flour balls, they are available in grocery shops. Boondi are salted and crisp.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Boondi (salted or plane)
- 1/2 kg Curd
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder (or taste)
- 2 no Green Chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Heeng (powder)
- leaves Mint (finely chopped or powdered)
- 1 pinch Tempering (or heeng for heeng)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Whisk yogurt till smooth.
- Add salt,black salt,cumin pwoder,chili,green chili,and heeng.
- Now add boondi, mix well. heat the ghee in a tadka pan add heeng, cumin and red chili powder as the splutter pour the tadka in raita.
- coriander and mint ,cool it and serve with pulao,biryani or stuffed paratha.
