Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup maida refined flour
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped Almonds and Pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Take a thick bottom pan, heat ghee and let it melt.Lower the flame & add sugar, maida and milk. Mix well and set the flame to medium.Let the mixture cook on medium low flame for 20-25 mins, stir continuously till it comes together as a thick mass.

  •  Grease the foil paper with ghee. Switch off the flame once the desired consistency is achieved and transfer the mixture onto the foil. Line a thick plastic with ghee and place it on the foil.

  • And then cut it in square shape using knife or pizza cutter.
  • Roll it out using a rolling pin to a thin sheet. Remove the plastic, spread the cardamom, almonds and pista and place the plastic again and roll it again. Roll out to a thin sheet and remove the plastic sheet and set aside n let halwa set.

  • Let the halwa cool for 4-6 hours and it will come out from the foil easily. Place the halwa pieces over parchment paper to store in an airtight container.
