  • For the dressing: In a small bowl mix together olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper powder, mayonnaise and mustard and whisk well.
  • In a large bowl mix bocconcini, tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapeno and tear the basil leaves into 2-4 pieces.
  • Add the dressing to the salad just before you serve.

Recipe Notes

  • For best results use European cucumbers.
  • Any soft cheese can be used in this recipe.
