- 1/2 cup blueberry gel
- 2 cup hung curd
- 16- 20 blueberries
- 1 tsp corn flour
- Soaked blueberries boil with 1/2 water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the boiled blueberries add corn flour. Warm for a minute. Stir continuously it will become a jelly form. Keep aside.
- Take hung curd in a bowl add blueberry gel. Mix evenly and make a blueberry shot.
- Garnish with blueberry gel and dried blueberry.
Serve cool can be served as a dessert or snack.
