Yield / Serves
1/2 cup blueberry gel
2 cup hung curd
16- 20 blueberries
1 tsp corn flour
Soaked blueberries boil with 1/2 water for 10 minutes.
Strain the boiled blueberries add corn flour. Warm for a minute. Stir continuously it will become a jelly form. Keep aside.
Take hung curd in a bowl add blueberry gel. Mix evenly and make a blueberry shot.
Garnish with blueberry gel and dried blueberry.
Serve cool can be served as a dessert or snack.
