Baked blueberry yoghurt is a healthy dessert made from fresh fruits and hung curd. A simple 4 ingredient recipe when garnished with lots and lots of seasonal fresh fruits is a perfect dessert for the friends and family get together.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Hung Curd
- 200 gm Condensed Milk any brand like milk maid
- 200 gm Cream Full Fat
- 50 gm Blueberry
Ingredients for Tuile
- 20 gm All purpose flour
- 150 ml Water
- 60 ml Oil
- Food color of your choice

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add condensed milk, hung curd and full-fat cream
- Mix the mixture well with the help of the whisk and add blueberry compote and mix well. Make sure no lumps remain in the mixture.
- Pour it into a ceramic pan and bake it on the double boiler at 180-degree Celsius for 8 minutes. Please check the Video to understand it better.
- For making tuile - mix All purpose flour into the water along with the oil. Add food color of your choice. mix well.
- Heat the frying pan on the induction stove at 2000 degree and pour the mixture. The tuile will be ready within 50- 60 seconds and once the water boils off. It is easy to pull it out from the pan. Use it for garnishing.
- Garnish your baked yogurt dessert with fresh cut fruits like Kiwi, black grapes. plum, blueberry compote and tuile. Enjoy.
