  • 5 ltr Milk
  • 250 gm Blueberry fresh
  • 100 gm Blueberry canned
  • 50 gm Rice
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 30 gm Almonds californian
  • 30 gm Pistachio


  • Boil milk, add rice (soaked) and cook it on slow fire until the rice is cooked.
  • After this, add sugar and make it thick. Let it cool down.
  • Finally add blue berry paste & keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Serve it garnish of almond and Pista flakes
