Easy Berry Dessert takes few minutes to be prepared and when served chill is equally enjoyed by kids and adults. Healthy with the fresh berry. A must have when Blue Berries are in the season.

Ingredients
  

  • Milk 5 ltr.
  • Fresh Blueberry 250 gm
  • Canned Blueberry 100 gm
  • Rice 50 gm
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Californian almonds 30 gm
  • Pistachio 30 gm

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk, add rice (soaked) and cook it on slow fire until the rice is cooked.
  • After this, add sugar and make it thick. Let it cool down.
  • Finally add blue berry paste & keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Serve it garnish of almond and Pista flakes
