  • Whisk the hung curd and the sugar to form a smooth paste.
  • Now whisk in the condensed milk , vanilla extract and cream into the above.
  • Finally fold in the blackcurrants and pour it into ramekins.
  • Put the ramekins in a bain Marie (a tray filled with hot water).
  • Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180รขโ€žฦ’ and bake for 20 minutes. Chill and serve.
