How to cook?
  1. Crush the biscuits separately in a mixer to get powdered biscuits. Add powdered sugar, chopped nuts (optional) in crushed biscuits and mix well.
  2. Add lukewarm milk & mix without lumps to get a smooth batter. You can add more or less milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Before adding Eno or fruit salt in a cake mix, bring water to boil in a steamer or cooker or any heavy bottomed pan.
  3. Add Eno in the cake batter and mix well to get smooth mixture without any lumps. Transfer the batter to the greased baking tin.
  4. Put the small, thick steel plate or stand at the bottom of the cooker or pan and then place the baking tin on it. Cover the pan and steam for first 15 minutes on high flame. Do not forget to remove the whistle of the pressure cooker.
  5. Steam the cake batter for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame. After 10 to 15 minutes check the cake by inserting a toothpick in the center of the it. If toothpick comes out clean, then cake is perfectly cooked.
  6. Remove the tin from the pan and let it cool completely. Once it cooled, remove the cake from the tin.
  7. Decorate the cake with chocolate sauce, nuts, cherries, grated chocolate or as you wish.
  8. Cut and serve delicious spongy and soft biscuit cake that it just melted in our mouth.
Notes

You can bake it in the oven. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180º C. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. You can also microwave the cake.
