Bhutta Kebab Recipe. Yellow ???? corn bhutta is a good source of the carotenoid Lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts. Here I made the kewab with bhutta.

Ingredients
- 2 Bhutta fresh
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 Whole Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Chana Dal Roasted
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 1 tbsp Raisin
- 1 tbsp Coconut fresh
- 1 tbsp Ragi Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Oil or as required for shallow fry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Peel off the corn then boil and keep separate.
- Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilli, ginger paste and cumin powder. Then pour the boiled corn and stir fry. Add peanuts, almond, raisin and chopped fresh coconut.
- Make a paste with all these ingredients then add oil and salt. Mix evenly then shallow fry with low flame. Both sides should be brown.
- Now ready to serve with coconut chutney. I made the chutney with coconut, peanuts, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
