  • Peel off the corn then boil and keep separate.

  • Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilli, ginger paste and cumin powder. Then pour the boiled corn and stir fry. Add peanuts, almond, raisin and chopped fresh coconut.
  • Make a paste with all these ingredients then add oil and salt. Mix evenly then shallow fry with low flame. Both sides should be brown.
  • Now ready to serve with coconut chutney. I made the chutney with coconut, peanuts, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
