Ingredients
- gm flour 1 cup
- Onion paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Coriander powder 1/1/4 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Green peas 1 cup
- Garma masala powder 1/3 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp

Instructions
- Make a thin and smooth batter with gram flour, and 1/2 tsp salt, Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan the cook the batter till it turn like halwa consistency.
- Now dish out the cooked batter in a greased thali cool and cut into cubes .
- Now heat the renaming ghee in same pan and fry the gram flour cubes till golden.keep aside .
- Heat the oil in another pan crackle the cumin saute ginger,garlic paste,fry the onion paste golden,add dry spices cook till oil separates,add tomato puree cook it again 5 minute with stirring,add paneer and peas mix well with spices ,add 3 cup water,cover and cook for 10 minute on slow flame .
- Garnish with coriander serve hot with boiled rice or chapatis .
