Lord Ganesh fond of besan laddoo, modak and variety of sweets. Ganesh chaturthi festival is very famous in Maharashtra. In these ten days they celebrate the festival. So many recipes they offer to Lord Siddidata. I also offering this recipe to Lord Ganesh.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Flour (bengal)
- 250 gm Sugar
- 500 gm Mawa
- Pinch Nutmeg
- Pinch Cinnamon Powder
- 250 gm Desi Ghee
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup Roasted Sesame (roasted sesame)

Instructions
- Take a frying pan heat and add ghee. Add besan stir fry continuously roasted flavour will come out.
- Add mawa stir continuously. Then add sugar cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder.
- It will be a smooth nonsticky dough. Put off the flame and rest for a few minutes.
- Give a shape of sweets and wrap with roasted sesame.
- Now ready to serve Lord.
Recipe Notes
This sweet can be preserved more than fifteen days.
