  • Boiled Macaroni – 2 Cups (Add some oil and salt while boiling)
  • Red Bell Pepper – 1 (cut into strips)
  • Green Bell Pepper – 1 (cut into strips)
  • Onion – 1 (sliced)
  • Green Chillies – 3 slit
  • Salt – to taste
  • Dried Oregano – ¾ tsp
  • Dried Basil – ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – to taste
  • Olive Oil – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese – ¼ Cup (grated)
How to cook?
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and sauté it for 1-2 mins. Add bell pepper and again sauté till both are done.
  2. Now add dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt. Mix it.
  3. Add boiled macaroni, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
  4. Transfer it to the microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Microwave it for 2-3 mins.
  5. Tip : You can also use roasted bell peppers. It will give better flavour.
