About this Recipe

This recipe is crispy and velvety texture.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 5 pieces crispy and thin cookies
  • 1 hand full barley
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Cashew nut paste
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kaiser
  • Silver foil

How to cook?
  1. Heat a pan add milk. When milk will start boiling then add barley and stir continuously.
  2. Begum Bahar
  3. Gradually milk will reduce then add sugar Kaiser and cashew nut paste.
  4. Mix properly with cardamom powder. Now let cool.
  5. Apply velvety and creamy barley on thin crispy cookies.
  6. Whole cookies eat at a time. Taste will be crispy and creamy.
