Weight Loss Beetroot Salad

Why do you always want to go with simple Onion and tomato salad while eating food at home, lets try something different and with a twist. It will add new flavor to your lunch or dinner. Beetroot is filling and would help in weight loss if eaten daily as salad.

Ingredients
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- Coriander leaves Optional: Can add basil leaves too

Instructions
- Peel the skin of beetroot and boil it. Best way to boil beetroot is to cut it into 2 halves and put it in microwave safe bowl with water.
- Boil it for 5 minutes or till beetroot becomes soft and tender.
- Chop Onion in julienne shape.
- Chop Beet root and mix it with onion, add sesame seeds. These seeds would bring crunchiness to the salad.
- Add Salt and 1 tbsp of lime juice.
- Garnish it with the dash of coriander leaves.
