Beetroot rawa idli is very healthy option for breakfast . Rawa is very healthy grain for us . Beetroot is full of iron in it . These idlis are look very delish and beautiful .

Ingredients
- 1 cup rawa
- 1 cup sour curd
- Water as required
- 1 small beetroot grated
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Some curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon oil
- Eno salt 1 small sachet

Instructions
- First soak rawa and curd fir about 20 minutes .
- After 20 minutes add grated beetroot into rawa and curd , mix all ingredients well . Add some water for getting idli batter consistency. Add salt to the batter and mix well .
- Grease idli moulds properly . Now add eno into the idli batter , fold gently . Immidiately pour batter into the idli moulds .
- Steam it for about 15 - 20 minutes . Beetroot idli are ready . Let it cool . Then cut idlis into small pieces .
- For tempering - take a pan add some oil , now add mustard seeds , when they starts crackle , add curry leaves . Turn off the gas . Pour this tempering on idli .serve hot with any chutney of your choice .
Notes
U can eat it with sambhar also .
