  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee 6 tsp
  • Sooji Rava 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Almond powder 2 tsp
  • Dryfruits few
  • Beetroot juice 2 cups


  • In pan heat ghee add dryfruits fry it.and set aside. In another pan roast rava and keep it aside In same pan boil beetroot juice for 15 min.then slowly add roasted rava little by little.stir it well.
  • Cook for 5 min.and then add milk.mix it well. Add cardamom powder,almond powder,sugar.mix it and cool for 10 min.add ghee by 5 min interval.stir it well.Cook well till it leaves the pan.add powder and dryfruits.serve it hot.
