Ingredients
- 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
- 1 Beetroot
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Firstly peel and chop beetroot.
- Now grind it to get a smooth beetroot paste.
- Add all ingredients and make a tight daugh.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Take a lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
- Now fry this poorie .
- Flip and fry from both sides equally.
- Serve with curry, pickle and chutney with which you want to have.
