Yield / Serves
Multi grain flour 1cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Firstly peel and chop beetroot.
Now grind it to get a smooth beetroot paste.
Add all ingredients and make a tight daugh.
Heat oil in a wok.
Take a lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
Now fry this poorie .
Flip and fry from both sides equally.
Serve with curry, pickle and chutney with which you want to have.
