1. Milk - 1 litre. 2. Suger free - 1 cup. 3. Beetroot juice- 1/2cup. 4.khoya- 100 grams. 5. Cardomom powder. 6. Pistachios blanched and sliced 1 tablespoon. 7. Saffron-5-6 strands.
Boil milk in a pan.Reduce heat and simmer till it is reduced to 1/2 its original quantity.Add beetroot juice and mix well.Add sugar free and mix well.Add khoya and nuts and mix again.Cook for 3-4 minutes and switch of the heat.Add cardamom powder and
cool.Pour into moulds and keep in the deep freezer to set for 7-8 hours.
