  • Boiled and mashed potato 1 cup or 2 tbsp
  • Grated beetroot 2 tbsp
  • Bread slices 8 pieces
  • Salt
  • Chopped green chili 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp
  • Desi ghee 2 tbsp


  • Mix potato,beetroot,salt,chili,black paper powder,coriander ,dry mango powder together and make a smooth mixture.
  • Heat the 1 tsp ghee in a pan and saute the mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the mixture on bread slices. apply the ghee on top of the bread and grill in toaster or tava ,
  • Serve with sauce or chutney ....
