  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour or semolina and semolina
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dal soaked and washed in water for add 2 chopped green chillies and grind with dal
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Sauf powder
  • 2 cup Oil for frying


  • Method: Add 3 tsp oil and grounded dal to the flour. Add urad dal paste add salt red chilli hing cumin pwr ginger paste dhaniya pwr souf pwr .mix everything thoroughly. Kneed the dough. make puri and deep fry.

You can eat it with any pickle.
