Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour and ½ cup semolina
  • ¼ cup urad dal soaked and washed in water for 1hralso add 2 chopped green chillies and grind with dal
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon sauf powder
  • 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Method: Add 3 tsp oil and grounded dal to the flour. Add urad dal paste add salt red chilli hing cumin pwr ginger paste dhaniya pwr souf pwr .mix everything thoroughly. Kneed the dough. make puri and deep fry.

Notes

You can eat it with any pickle.
