- 1/2 kg Curd
- 2 tbsp Bathua leaves wash boiled and pureed
- 1 teaspoon garlic Green paste
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder + for garnishing
- 1 teaspoon Red chili +for garnishing
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
- 1 teaspoon Chopped green chili
- Chopped coriander for garnishing

- Whip the yogurt with hand mixer add bathua paste, red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, green chili, black salt. mix well.
- garnish with red chili powder ,cumin powder,coriander .
Notes
you cad add roasted garic clove paste instead of garlic green.
