Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 2 tbsp Bathua leaves wash boiled and pureed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic Green paste
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder + for garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili +for garnishing
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped green chili
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Whip the yogurt with hand mixer add bathua paste, red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, green chili, black salt. mix well.
  • garnish with red chili powder ,cumin powder,coriander .

Notes

you cad add roasted garic clove paste instead of garlic green.
