About Basic Walnut Cake Eggless
A simple basic eggless walnut cake with few ingredients from the kitchen. This cake is as soft and moist as the egg one. A perfect cake to enjoy your evening cup of tea. It tastes delicious with plain vanilla custard.

Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 400 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 100 gm Butter softened
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Walnuts crushed
- tin Butter or cake for greasing the cake

Instructions
- Preheat Oven at 180ยฐ C and grease a circular cake tin 8รยรขยย8 inch with butter lined with parchment paper and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl beat softened butter and condensed milk till mixed well together.
- Seive all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda in the sweetened butter mixture.
- Mix everything well using cut and fold method and make a smooth batter.
- Add vanilla extract and chopped walnuts and mix it again. The batter should be smooth and flowing add milk if the batter is too thick.
- Pour the batter in greased cake tin and tap to make an even layer from all sides.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐ C for 35 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake after 30 minutes.
- Once done insert a toothpick to check the cake is nicely cooked or not. The cake is done if it comes out clean.
- Take the cake out of the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool down completely.
- Cut into slices and enjoy eggless walnut cake.
