Ingredients
- 250 gm rice soaked
- 4 brinjal small sizes
- 2 bombai green chilli big sizes
- 1 bowl tomato pieces
- 2 bowl curd
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 4 teaspoon five spice masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon all ground masala
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp puree ghee
- 2 teaspoon Oil or as required
- Salt
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 bay leaves
- Mix vegetables

Instructions
- First of all wash rice. Add oil in a deep pan, bay leaves, rice, green peas salt, ginger paste, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
- Saute and add one and half glass warm water. Cover the lid till its cook. Serve with all ground masala and pure ghee.
- Slit brinjal and stuff with five spice masala, salt and green chili. Shallow fry it.
- Mix vegetables with beans, potatoes, carrot, capsicum and bardi.
- Sweet tomato chutney add sugar, tomato slices, salt ginger paste and chilli powder. Cook till sticky.
- Serve with assorted recipe and curd.
