Ingredients
- 100 gm Refined flour
- 4 teaspoon Barley flour
- 100 gm Butter
- 100 gm Sugar
- Fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg

Instructions
- First we have to soak barley for an hour then cook for five minutes.
- Now make a batter with flour, sugar, butter, barley. baking powder, cinnamon powder half tsp pinch of nutmeg powder and vanilla essence
- Then brush a baking container with butter and pour batter and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for twenty minutes.
- Then garnish with fresh cream and enjoy the cake.
