Ingredients for Barley Cake

  • Refine flour 100 gm
  • Barley four tsp
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Fresh cream
  • Baking powder one tsp
  • Vanilla essence one tsp
  • Cinnamon powder half tsp
  • Nutmeg one pinch

How to cook Barley Cake

  1. First we have to soak barley for an hour then cook for five minutes.
  2. Now make a batter with flour, sugar, butter, barley. baking powder, cinnamon powder half tsp pinch of nutmeg powder and vanilla essence
  3. Then brush a baking container with butter and pour batter and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for twenty minutes.
  4. Then garnish with fresh cream and enjoy the cake.
