Ingredients
- 1 Taro banda
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tsp Rice powder
- 1/2 cup Coriander or paste fresh paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Oil as required

Instructions
- Taro (banda) should be skin free par boil and cut into round shape.
- Then marinate with salt turmeric powder red chilli powder and lemon juice.
- Then wrap with rice powder and dip fry. Now make a filling.
- Add 2 tsp oil in a heated pan and asafoetida. Then coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, green chilli paste, curd and salt.
- Stir fry till dry. Now make a sandwich keep one fried taro (banda) in bottom then coriander filling and another fried banda in top.
- Garnish with curd crushed black pepper.
