Ingredients
- 1 whole banda
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon rice powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander paste
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil as required

Instructions
- Banda should be skin free par boil and cut into round shape.
- Then marinate with salt turmeric powder red chilli powder and lemon juice.
- Then wrap with rice powder and dip fry. Now make a filling.
- Add 2 tsp oil in a heated pan and asafoetida. Then coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, green chilli paste, curd and salt.
- Stir fry till dry. Now make a sandwich keep one fried banda in bottom then coriander filling and another fried banda in top.
- Garnish with curd crushed black pepper.
