About this Recipe

This is a tasty snacks sometimes we can enjoy this like other recipe.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 whole banda
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp rice powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander paste
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
How to cook?
  1. Banda should be skin free par boil and cut into round shape.
  2. Then marinate with salt turmeric powder red chilli powder and lemon juice.
  3. Then wrap with rice powder and dip fry. Now make a filling.
  4. Add 2 tsp oil in a heated pan and asafoetida. Then coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, green chilli paste, curd and salt.
  5. Stir fry till dry. Now make a sandwich keep one fried banda in bottom then coriander filling and another fried banda in top.
  6. Garnish with curd crushed black pepper.
