Ingredients
- 1 raw banana
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 cup curd
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- ¼ cup tamarind chutney
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ cup spring onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp nylon sev

Instructions
- Grate the banana and boiled potato.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, spring onion, gram flour, dry mango powder, bread crumbs and mix well.
- Make vada with your palm.
- In a wok add ghee heat it up and deep fry the all vadas on medium heat.
- All vadas fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil on napkin paper.
- Arrange vadas in dish. Sprinkle some chopped onions, tomatoes and spread curd, tamarind chutney.
- Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, nylon sev and chat masala.
