  • 1 Banana raw
  • 1 Potato boiled
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds roasted
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Nylon Sev

Instructions
 

  • Grate the banana and boiled potato.

  • Add red chilli powder, salt, spring onion, gram flour, dry mango powder, bread crumbs and mix well.

  • Make vada with your palm.

  • In a wok add ghee heat it up and deep fry the all vadas on medium heat.

  • All vadas fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil on napkin paper.

  • Arrange vadas in dish. Sprinkle some chopped onions, tomatoes and spread curd, tamarind chutney.
