- 1 cup boiled and grated raw banana
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 1 tsp oil
- oil for deep frying

InstructionsÂ
- combine all the ingrediants except oil in a bowl
- mix well and make a dough
- oil the dough with 1 tsp oil and keep aside
- take a sev maker and grease with oil
- place the dough inside the sev maker and close the lid
- heat oil in a kadai and press the sev maker to make sev
- turn the side of sev, once it starts floating in the oil
- take the sev out, once its colour changes
- once cooled, serve or store in an air tight container
