Ingredients & Quantity
  • 4-5 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rice powder
  • 1 cup refine flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Pinch of salt
How to cook?
  1. Take a mixing bowl add mashed ripe banana, refine flour, rice powder, sugar and salt.
  2. Banana Rolls
  3. Make a smooth batter. Another part heat a pan add grated coconut and sugar. Make a sweet dough add chopped nuts milk powder and cardamom powder.
  4. Heat a frying pan add batter and spread. Now fill with coconut sweet. Roll the sweet.
  5. Now ready to serve.
