Banana Pancakes

Banana pancake is a healthy breakfast and full meal. This is a very handy tiffin recipe. As banana is used in this recipe which gives a soft and smoothy texture. It remains fresh for a long time.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ? tsp ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon jaggery powder
- Cooked carrot
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add ripe bananas, wheat flour, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, black pepper, roasted sesame, cooked carrot, jaggery powder and salt.
- Mash evenly to make a thick consistency. Then shallow fry with little oil. Make sure both sides to be cooked. Serve or pack for tiffin to enjoy the banana pancakes.
