Banana pancake is a healthy breakfast and full meal. This is a very handy tiffin recipe. As banana is used in this recipe which gives a soft and smoothy texture. It remains fresh for a long time.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ? tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp jaggery powder
  • Cooked carrot
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add ripe bananas, wheat flour, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, black pepper, roasted sesame, cooked carrot, jaggery powder and salt.

  • Mash evenly to make a thick consistency. Then shallow fry with little oil. Make sure both sides to be cooked. Serve or pack for tiffin to enjoy the banana pancakes.
