Banana Smoothie with Oats is a perfect, simple and easy to make breakfast for instant energy when you are rushing during the morning hours.

Ingredients
- Banana ripened - 1
- Strawberry- Blueberry Mix - 25 gms optional
- Oats - 25-30 gms
- Flaxseeds - to garnish
- Cinnamon powder - 1/3 tsp
- Peanut butter - 2 tsps
- Dates or Honey to sweeten as per choice
- Almond Milk or Full Fat Milk as per choice of lifestyle - 60-70 ml
- Icecubes - optional

Instructions
- In a Blender, just whisk all the ingredients except flaxseeds.
- Add in the icecubes for a nice crunchy smoothie texture. Garnish with flaxseeds on the top.
