Ingredients
- 1 Banana (ripened)
- 25 gm Strawberry (optional, or blueberry mix)
- 25 gm Oats
- 1 tsp Flaxseeds (to garnish)
- 1/3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Peanut Butter (tsps)
- 5-6 Dates (or Honey to sweeten as per choice)
- 60 ml Almond Milk (or Full Fat Milk as per choice of lifestyle)
- 2-3 Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
- In a Blender, just whisk all the ingredients except flaxseeds.
- Add in the icecubes for a nice crunchy smoothie texture. Garnish with flaxseeds on the top.
