Ingredients
 

  • 1 Banana ripened
  • 25 gm Strawberry optional, or blueberry blueberry mix
  • 25 gm Oats
  • to Flaxseeds garnish
  • 1/3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Peanut Butter tsps
  • to Dates or honey or honey sweeten as per choice
  • 60 ml Almond Milk or milk or full fat milk as per choice lifestyle
  • Icecubes - Optional icecubes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a Blender, just whisk all the ingredients except flaxseeds.
  • Add in the icecubes for a nice crunchy smoothie texture. Garnish with flaxseeds on the top.
