Baked Sweet Potato

Winter brings with it a variety of vegetables and fruits and hence its time to keep trying new recipes in your kitchen, I brought few sweet potatoes to make a traditional curry out of it but then ended up baking it. A very simple preparationÂÂ
which will go as a side dish or can be eaten as main course along with salads.

Ingredients
- 2 big sweet potatoes 500 gram
- 5 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorn Crushed
- 1-2 Amul Cheese cubes shredded
- 10-15 Basil Leaves coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Rock salt Sendha Namak

Instructions
- Peel the sweet potato and boil it in an open pot for about 10 mins. Cool and cut into small cubes.
- Take a baking tray and brush olive oil on the edges.
- Place the cut sweet potatoes and add rest of  the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius, and bake it for 45 minutes.
