- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, hing, salt, oil and mix well. Add water and knead a nice dough. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest.
- Heat water in a pan. Add classic masala oats, cumin powder, red chilli powder, green peas and cook for 3 minutes. let it cool.
- Roll the dough into discs. Apply water on the edges, add the oats stuffing to the disc and cover with another disc and seal it with the help of fork.
- Glace the baking sheet with oil. Place the kachoris on the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve hot with mint chutney, salad or potato Bhaji.
- Note-Flip the kachoris after 8-9 mins. Brush some oil with silicone brush on kachoris before baking.
