  • 1 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger chop

  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp cashews
  • 1 tsp Kishmish kishmish
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Seeds carron
  • 2 tsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA and hing Add potato and mix potato, ginger, chilli

  • ADD SALT ,OIL AND WATER MAKE A DOUGH
  • TAKE A BALL FROM DOUGH AND OIL IT KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MIN.
  • NOW ROLL DOWN A BALL OF DOUGH
  • CUT IN ROUND WITH COOKIE CUTTER
  • ROLL ONE MORE AND CUT IN SAME SIZE FOR ONE SAMOSA WE NEEDS TWO ROUNDS
  • PUT STUFFING IN CENTER
  • AND COVER WITH OTHER ROUND
  • TAKE A SMALL LID AND MAKE A MARK
  • TAKE A KNIFE AND MAKE FOUR CUTS IN CENTER FROM MARK TO EDGE
  • THEN AGAIN CUT BETWEEN TWO CUTS AND AGAIN CUT IN CENTER OF TWO CUTS THEN WE GOT 16 CUT
  • NOW TAKE TWO CUTS AND JOIN THEM GIVE SHAPE OF LEAF
  • NOW OUR FLOWER WITH EIGHT LEAFS IS READY
  • PRICK IT IN CENTER
  • AND GREASE WITH OIL
  • SPRINKLE BLACK SEASME SEEDS IN CENTER
  • TAKE GREASED TRAY AND ARRANGE THEM IN IT AND BAKE FOR 25 MIN OUR HEALTHY BAKED VEGGIE SAMOSA ARE READY 180 DEGREE

  • SERVE WITH SAUCE
