Ingredients
  

  • For first stuffing..
  • Chopped spring onion 1big sp
  • Grated carrot 1big sp
  • Grated capsicum 1big sp
  • Grated cauliflower 1big sp
  • Butter 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1tsp
  • Vinager 1tsp
  • Chili sauce 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ingredients for 2nd stuffing..
  • Chopped saag mustered leaves,methi,bathua,spinach included1katori
  • Butter 1tsp
  • Chopped onion 1big sp
  • Chopped garlic 1tsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp
  • Ingredients for dough..
  • Plain flour 1bowl
  • Active dry yeast 1tsp
  • Warm milk 1cup
  • Butter 1big sp
  • Chili flaks n oregano 1tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl.. Put flour,yeast,butter in it n mix it well..
  • Then add milk in it n make fine dough.. Rest it for an hour..
  • Take a wok.. Add butter in it.. Then add all vegiess in it.. N cook it for 5mins..
  • Then add all sauces n spices in it.. Mix it well.. Cook it for 1mins.. 1st stuffing ready..
  • Then take a pan.. Add butter in it.. Add onion,garlic in it.. Cook it..
  • Then add saag n spices in it.. Cover it n N cook it for 5mins on slow flame.. 2nd stuffing ready..

  • Then take a balls of dough.. Roll in n make 3 chapaties..
  • Take one chappati .. Spread 1st stuffing on it.. Cover it with second chappati..
  • Then spread 2nd stuffing on it.. Cover it with 3rd chappati..
  • Then put a cap on the middle of cahapati.. Make 4 big cuts.. Then make another 4 small cut in the middle of the big cuts..
  • Then fold the small cuts n join it.. Do same with all small cuts.. N make flower..
  • Then put it on microsafe tawa.. Grease it with some butter

  • Then preheat oven for 10mins.. Then bake it on 180 degree for 8 to 10mins..
  • Then grease butter on it.. Sprinkle chili flaks n oregano in it.. N serve hot..
