Bachelors Brinjal

Ingredients
- Eggplant medium size - 8 nos
- Garlic Cloves- 4 or 5
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
Instructions
- Grind the garlic cloves, salt and red chilli powder in a mixer for a second.Ensure that the mix is slightly coarse.
- Transfer this into a bowl. Then add the cumin seeds to this mixture. Mix this well.
- Now wash the eggplants and slit them diagonally. Keep them in salt water until use.
- Then stuff the eggplants with the prepared mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the stuffed eggplants. Saute them carefully. Then cover it with a lid and allow it to cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the eggplants turn tender.
- Now switch off the flame and transfer the cooked eggplant recipe into a serving plate.
- Serve hot with Rice or Chapati.
