Baby corn is very soft, sweet and sweet. It is fried with egg crunchy and soft.

Ingredients for Baby Corn Fingers With Egg

  • 4-5 baby corn
  • 1/2 cup beaten egg
  • 2 tsp Bengal gram
  • 2 tsp semolina
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dip fry

How to cook Baby Corn Fingers With Egg

  1. Take a mixing bowl add beaten egg, bengal gram, semolina, chilli powder, cumin powder lemon juice and salt. Mix well and make a batter.
  2. Now add baby corn into the batter and dip fry. It will be crunchy outside and softy inside. Serve hot with chat masala.

Very crispy.
