This recipe is made by eggplant (brinjal) and tahini. Mixture of garlic, white sesame, peanuts, almond, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Make a paste with all these ingredients. I roasted the brinjal with pricking garlic on tawa. It was smoking flavoured and soft. After finishing the recipe Baba Ghanoush, it can be applied on bread or on salad.

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized brinjal
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves
- 8 to 10 almond
- 1 tbsp white sesame
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Roast the brinjal with rubbing oil and pricking garlic. Roast both sides to give a smoking flavoured. After then remove the skin and mash.
- Make the tahini paste with garlic, white sesame, peanuts and almonds.
- Take a mixing bowl add tahini, lemon juice, salt, mashed eggplant. Mix all ingredients and roasted cumin powder and chill powder evenly.
- Garnish with tahini, chilli powder roasted cumin powder. Serve with bread or salad.
