Awadh means Lucknow. Evening of Lucknow is very famous. When delegates come to Lucknow they search Awadhi dish. Multi chut, kulfi and mostly Awadhi recipes with non veg.

Ingredients
- 500 gms murgh
- 1/2 cup boiled onion paste
- 1/2 cup fried onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon all ground spice
- Whole cinnamon cloves and cardamom
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- Oil as required
- Salt
- Rose water

Instructions
- Marinate murgh with onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curd, tomato puree and red chilli powder. Keep aside for minimum 15 minutes.
- Now add oil in the cooking vessel heat and add bay leaves and whole cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom.
- Then add the marinated murgh mix well stir continuously. Cover the lid till soft add salt.
- Now add all ground masala, coconut milk, rose water. Again cover for a minute.
- Serve with lachha paratha.
Notes
It will better if we cook in iron vessel.
