Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Wh wh
  • 2 cup Semolina
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 bowl Sweet Chutney
  • 1 bowl Bowl Boiled Mashed Kabul Channa boiled mashed kabul channa
  • Coriander Powder roasted
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
  • red chili powder roasted
  • Black Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Salt table, or as per taste
  • 1 bowl Bowl Sew sew
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Make a normal dough with flour and semolina.
  • Spread the dough and cut with a help of small Sharp edges bowl. All balls will be same size.
  • Take a deep pan and fry the balls. Keep separate for cooling.
  • Take a mixing bowl add hung curd, black salt, table salt and sugar. Mix well.
  • Another bowl mash boiled cheek pea
  • Another bowl sweet chutney with tamarind.
  • Now arrange for serving prick balls fill with mashed cheek pea, curd, chutney, sew and dust with roasted coriander, cumin, red chilli powder.

Should not wait serve immediately other wise it will moist.
