About this Recipe

Goal gappe is a type of chat. Different states there are different taste. I am trying with curd and sweet chutney.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 cup wh
  • 2 cup semolina
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 1 bowl sweet chutney
  • 1 bowl boiled mashed Kabul channa
  • Roasted coriander powder
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Roasted red chilli powder
  • Black salt
  • Table salt
  • 1 bowl sew
  • Oil as required

How to cook?
  1. Make a normal dough with flour and semolina.
  2. Spread the dough and cut with a help of small Sharp edges bowl. All balls will be same size.
  3. Take a deep pan and fry the balls. Keep separate for cooling.
  4. Take a mixing bowl add hung curd, black salt, table salt and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Another bowl mash boiled cheek pea
  6. Another bowl sweet chutney with tamarind.
  7. Now arrange for serving prick balls fill with mashed cheek pea, curd, chutney, sew and dust with roasted coriander, cumin, red chilli powder.
Notes

Should not wait serve immediately other wise it will moist.
