Sharing a special Healthy dessert recipe for Father's Day - Healthy Apple Crisp / Apple Crumble Recipe.
Apple Crumble is very easy to make. With a crispy crumble topping of whole wheat flour, oats, jaggery powder and a juicy, jammy apple stuffing, this dessert is delish and absolutely yummy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup Water little less than 1/2 cup
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 2/3 cup Jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Instant Oats

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut apple in to a greased baking dish.
  • Add in cinnamon powder along with lemon juice so that apples doesn't turn dark and get nice flavor.
  • In a bowl, add in oil, jaggery powder and vanilla essence.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in both flour along with oats and mix well to get sand like consistency.
  • Add in half cup of water on apples.
  • Sprinkle the crumble on top of apples and spread evenly.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 min until crust get crispy enough.
  • Let it cool down a bit.
  • Serve hot with ice cream or have it just like that.
