  • 2 Apple
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 300 gm Water
  • 1 Stick cinnamon
  • 2-3 Cardamom

For Muffins

  • 200 gm Refined flour
  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Soda


  • Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices. Heat water in a pan, add sugar, and when the sugar dissolves, add the thin slices. Boil until the apples are tender.
  • Now, drain the apple pieces and set them aside. Boil the remaining syrup until it thickens for glazing.

Method for muffins lazing

  • Method for muffins: Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and whisk until combined. Then, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and essence.
  • Mix well until smooth. Fill the muffin molds three-fourths full. Now, take the pieces of apples and arrange them like roses on top.
  • Bake the muffin batter in the microwave for 1 minute. However, the baking time may vary depending on the size of the molds.
  • If baking in the oven, it will take longer, approximately 15-20 minutes. Once baked, allow the muffins to cool. Then, glaze them with the thick syrup.
