Ingredients
- large Apple two
- 1 tbsp Dates khajoor pulp
- 1 Full Cream or milk litter milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder green cardamomhari ilaichi powder
- 8 no Saffron Threads
- 2 tbsp Nuts chopped
- Garnishing or nuts chopped nuts for
- 1 tbsp Sugar optional, or chini chini
- 2 Tbsp Clarified Butter or ghee desi ghee

Instructions
- Peel wash and grate the apple. Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan then add grated apple cook until the moisture evaporates. Add milk mix and reduce the heat and cook till the mixture gets thickened, stir continuously.
- Now add sugar, dates pulp, dry fruits, soaked saffron and cardamom powder, Mix well and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes with stirring. Turn off the heat. Garnish with dry fruits serve chilled.
