About Anarsa Recipe
This is an Indian traditional recipe. It is a Maharashtrian recipe. They use jaggery. But in North India they celebrate Rakshabandhan or Janmashtami with this Anarsa along with many dishes. They use sugar to making this recipe. Here I also used sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- Desi Ghee for deep fry
- to Sesame To Coat sesame coat
- Milk if required

Instructions
- Soak the rice over night then drain out the water, then spread in a fine cloth and dry. Now grind the rice and sieve . Take 1 cup of rice flour mix with sugar powder and 2 tsp ghee. If needed you can add milk, make a soft and sweet dough.
- Keep for twenty minutes then divide into equal portion
- Coat with white sesame and deep fry.
- First offer to God then serve.
Recipe Notes
For best and authentic result, rice should be soaked three days but every six hours water should be changed.
